Bright double room & outdoor space, Spitalfields

Hey, I’m Livvy! :) I’m looking for someone to move into the lovely second bedroom of my fully furnished, modern flat with a large outdoor space. I am flexible with move-in dates, so feel free to chat with me about what works for both of us.

The Flat, Private Terrace + Location:

Furnished modern flat with a large private terrace near Spitalfields. 2 beds, 2 baths with an open kitchen/living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, electric hob, and includes a washing machine. The flat is smartly designed with plenty of storage, an intercom telephone system, and high-speed Wi-Fi. As I already live here, the flat comes exactly as shown in the photos, with all the furniture/appliances. The living space is cozy and creates a warm, calm atmosphere for those evenings in. The flat is remarkably quiet. Fob access into a communal garden/courtyard with post boxes, bike racks, a bin area, and 2 communal balconies. Fob access into the main building. The flat is 3rd floor with a lift.

The private terrace is south-facing, so it’s always a sun-trap and is truly wonderful on those sunny summer days, creating a lovely indoor/outdoor living space. It’s extremely large, with a rattan sofa, table/chairs, storage box, plants, and a washing line. The terrace is half-covered with astro grass.

Being just off Brick Lane, the flat is a 5-minute walk to Spitalfields, a 10-13 minute walk to Liverpool Street, and a 13-minute walk to Shoreditch. It’s surrounded by great shops, cafes/restaurants, markets, gyms, and pubs/bars—the list goes on. It has everything you need just a short walk away! There are Santander bikes just outside the building.

The room overlooks the private terrace, so it has nice natural light and is relatively private. The room comes with a bathroom, as the flat is a 2-beds, 2-baths, with the other bedroom having an ensuite. The bathrooms are well done and feature heated floors and towel rails.
It is in council tax band D.
You’ll be living with one flatmate.

About Me:

I’m Livvy :), a fun-loving, bubbly 28-year-old English woman. I work in the music industry. I love chatting, but I also value my own space. I work from home, and I’m active, going to the gym 3-4 evenings a week. I’m social and enjoy spending time with my friends—brunch/dinners out, gigs, sports, nights out, festivals, walks, and the theatre—and I’m very open-minded. On the other hand, I also really value downtime, so I go back and forth between busier and quieter weekends. I love to relax by reading, listening to my vinyls, and watching films.
I want to create a warm, friendly atmosphere in the home. Although I’m social, I usually go to my friends' places, so I don’t often have people over. But when I do, I am respectful of my flatmate. I want to make sure we both feel equally happy and at home in the flat.

What I’m Looking For:

I’m looking for someone who can become a genuine friend—someone respectful, social, easygoing, and clean, who I can enjoy chatting with in the kitchen, chilling and watching TV together some evenings, or occasionally having a Sunday dinner together. But I also want someone who respects and values personal space and time alone.
I’m clean but not rigid, and I like to keep the communal areas tidy. I am looking for someone who works in the office at least 3 days per week (ideally 5 days). A non-smoker, preferably someone with shared interests, who wants to make this place feel like a home for both of us.
