Room Sublet - May to July | Spitafields

Hi,

I am travelling from May to July and looking for someone to sublet my room. Ideally it will be someone that can do the whole 3 months but open to working out other arrangements if not possible. It is £850/pm all bills included. You will be living in central London a stone throw away from Liverpool Street Station, Spitafields Markets and The City.

There are 4 other flatmates all working full time and very easy to live with. Some do work from home and we are respectful of each other’s time and space.

About you: respectful, working, ideally a non-smoker (if you are a smoker that’s ok - I’d ask for you not to smoke in the room), clean and kind.
