## Ensuite Double Room in Spacious Flat – Female Professional Flatmate Wanted

I’m looking for a young professional to take over my current flatmate’s room as she's moving out of London.


Earliest move-in date is October 1st
**The room & flat:**

* The master bedroom in the floorplan
* Large ensuite double bedroom
* Double bed
* 3rd and top floor
* Very large open-plan kitchen and living area
* No lift access!
* No concierge
* Electricity included in the rent
* Council tax (£68/month/person), water, Wi-Fi and gas bills are shared between us (around £180/month/person)

**About me:**
I’m 24 and work in finance around Bank, 5 days a week, generally 9–6pm. I’m looking for someone of a similar age/lifestyle who also works regular office hours. I'

**What I’m looking for:**
This is a quiet, relaxed home rather than a party flat. I’m totally fine with having friends over occasionally, but would prefer not to have people coming over very frequently. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who is considerate about noise, particularly between midnight and 8am, as having a quiet home at night is important to me.

I’d also like to keep the shared spaces clean and pleasant for both of us — things like washing up after cooking/eating and not leaving dirty dishes sitting in the sink for days, keeping the kitchen surfaces reasonably tidy, and generally cleaning up after yourself.

Overall, I’d love to find someone friendly, clean and respectful who wants a comfortable home rather than a party house.
