My flatmate and I are looking for a 3rd person to join our flat. Our current flatmate has unfortunately moved out to her own place.

Few bits about us:
Linda and I are both around our late 20s.
I work 3 days at home, she goes into the office every day.
We both very much have our own lives but occasionally hang out together so this isn’t a party flat.

We are looking for:
Some super clean and respectable of the space and each other and will pitch in with cleaning the flat once a week.
Someone who is working and in their mid to late 20s who has lived with others before would be ideal.
Looking for someone long term. I have been in this flat for 5 years and Linda for 3.

The flat:
24 hour security and concierge service
It is a ground floor flat however we have our windows tinted ( people can’t see in but we can see out )
The windows are also sound proof
You’ll only be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person.
Ideal London location right by Spitafields market 5-10 mins walk to Liverpool street station or Shoreditch high street
We have a tiny dining area only

Rent is £970 a month.
Bills £100
