Flatmate wanted in e1, a new friend and house mate

🏡 Looking for a flatmate in Spitalfields / E1 – from around 10th October

I’m looking for someone lovely to take over the master bedroom in my flat from around 10th October.

📍 Location is honestly amazing – we’re literally a 1-minute walk from Spitalfields Market, about 5 minutes from Brick Lane, and right in the heart of the city.

The room is the master bedroom and comes with:
✨ Your own private en-suite
✨ His & hers sinks
✨ Built-in storage
✨ Plenty of space

The flat itself has a separate lounge, kitchen & dining area, plus:
• Dishwasher
• Washer/dryer
• Private courtyard just for us

Rent is around £1,600ish per month, excluding bills.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces – basically someone who cleans up after themselves and communicates if there’s ever an issue. Reliability is really important to me too.

But I also don’t want us to just be two strangers who happen to live together! I’d love to find someone I can actually be friends with, have a wine with after work, do things together at the weekend, go out for drinks occasionally, while obviously still having our own lives and space. 🫶

And just to get ahead of the inevitable comments - I know the rent isn’t cheap! Unfortunately I don’t set the price and if I could make it cheaper, I absolutely would. For the location and size of the flat, though, it is actually cheaper than a lot of comparable places immediately around us.
