My flatmate is leaving, so I’m looking for someone to replace him. I’m a 22yo male working in Finance in the city. I work long hours and travel frequently in my free time., so I am not home too much. When I am there, I enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine, meeting up with friends, or watching a good netflix series. I'm friendly and enjoy socializing with my roommate, but also respectful of their space and privacy!. I'm very clean and tidy and looking for a flatmate who is the same.
The flat is centrally located in the heart of Spitalfields; close to Liverpool Street, Aldgate, Aldgate East and Shoreditch High Street Stations and the City. It is ideally located for the local amenities of Shoreditch High Street, Spitalfields market and Tower Bridge.
The flat is set within a red brick mansion block and positioned over the 2 top floors. The property has direct views over the communal gardens and towards the City of London.
The flat has been neutrally decorated with wood floors throughout and comprises, a modern living room and bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen.
The room includes a bed frame, mattress, mattress protector, bedside cabinet, set of draws, wardrobe and blackout blind.
Large white goods included in the flat are: 43 inch flat screen LG TV, tumble dryer; dishwasher; washing machine; microwave; hob; oven; freezer and fridge.
The rent is £260/per week. This includes a weekly 2 hour visit from a professional cleaner, Council tax, service charge and water rates
The only bills to pay are broadband (High speed Virgin optic fibre), gas and electric.
A deposit of £1400 is required and is immediately paid into the Government authorised 'Deposit Protection Scheme'.
