Room in luxury student accommodation in zone 1

I am looking for someone to take over my contract in student accommodation, Chapter Spitalfields accommodation. The room is in a lover level apartment shared with one person. Perfect for international students starting in January. My flatmate is very nice, tidy, easy to get along with. The building has lots of facilities: Cinema room, games room, lounge areas, rooftop bar, coffee shop, kareoke room, auditorium and tv rooms.
It is just a couple of minute walk to liverpool street station (Hammersmith and city line, central line, circle line), or 10 minutes to aldgate ( didtrict, circle line) or moorgate stations (northern line).

It is also close to the beautiful Spitalfields market, bricklane and Shoreditch.

I started university in September, and have decided the course isn't for me and I would like to withdraw. I have a 51 week contract here starting from September 2016. You would only need to pay for the number of weeks from when you move in, but I would need the payment to be in one installment as that's how I paid for the contract. You will recieve a £450 John Lewsis / Selfridges voucher to welcome you to London!
Chapter have sold out of these rooms online, and over the summer when 41 week contract students move out, they will be selling these rooms for £300per week, so it is the cheapest you will find anywhere!

It is a student accommodation, but if you are doing an internship or apprenticeship, you are eligible too!
