Lovely Spitalfields Double 3 mins Liverpool St

We are an easy going, household and want someone fun and to join us. The video is an old one when we were advertising a different room but it’s a fair tour of the flat as a whole so we’ve used it. Our kitten is fully grown up and is well super chubby now. We’ve done some painting since this was done and are thinking about rejigging some of our art work but that’s about all in terms of differences.

The room 2 - A small double bedroom (currently set up with small double bed) within a private flat in in Spitalfields, East London a few minutes from Liverpool Street station.

The flat and the room for rent looks directly over Spitalfields Market.

The room available is on the first floor - with bathroom on the floor above.. it currently has a small double bed but could be reconfigured to have a full size. It is the smallest bedroom in the flat and would suit someone without huge amounts of possessions.

Spitalfields is a vibrant neighbourhood we have lots of noise and activity right on our doorstep.

The flat is spacious with a lot of natural light. We are looking for someone easygoing, respectful of keeping the communal space beautiful and well kept.

A cleaner who comes once a week to care for our communal spaces is included in the overarching cost of the room, as is WIFI.
