Having lived in 4 different apartments myself in London, living here truly is great. Images do not really do the apartment great justice. in my opinion. It is 3-4 minutes from Big Ben, St. James Park and 5 min from Victoria Station. The apartment is very quiet and all rooms face the private patio/gardens.
The available room has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and a few shelves + bedside tables. The room has access to a large private bathroom with a lovely bathtub. Since I have an on-suite, I do not use the other bathroom. Bathrooms + kitchen was renovated recently in a modern minimalistic design.
I travel plenty for work and leisure, at times I will be gone for several months. This means you will have this apartment for yourself a lot of the time. When I am there, I work from home, happily invite friends over to host dinners or similar. Observe, the building has an 11 pm "respectable sound level policy", ergo, no garden parties can be thrown etc.
I am looking for a mature and respectful individual that will take care of this place as if it was their own.
Cleanliness is important to me, ergo, it needs to be important to you as well.
Rent includes all bills.
