I am leaving the flat as I am moving with my gf. I can just say that it is probably the best flat in London. Modern, almost new, big terrace for bbqs, dinners in the summer, etc. Big 3 double rooms, the double room in question comes with a huge wardrobe and has plenty of space. Bathroom will be shared with just one person.
The current flatmates, a german girl and an italian guy are very nice and friendly and always tried to have a very good atmosphere at home.
The living room is also huge.
Bills are excluded but are not high. Internet, council, utility bills. We have also a cleaner coming once a week.
The room will probably will go fast so be quick!
St James Park underground literally 1min away and you also have Victoria and Westminster very close apart from the several buses that can drive you everywhere in London. One of the best points from the flat is that you can also go walking to either chelsea or to central london if you want.
