- super convenient: with a daytime porter (you won't miss a delivery anymore) and a reliable/reactive landlord.
- not so expensive given the location and features of the flat.

£1100 + charges (£150-200 per month, incl. council tax, wifi, cleaning, water, electricity and gas)
