Double bedroom in a three person girl house

A double room available in the heart of Westminster from 1st May onwards. The flat has a spacious living and dining area with a table that seats six, and two large couches. A kitchen with an equipped fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave and washing machine. You’ll be sharing one of the bathrooms with another housemate, which is made up of a shower/bath. The apartment is in a secure street, with 24/7 concierge service and views of the Westminster Abbey. With most of London’s iconic attractions and parks within a couple of minutes walking distance.

Rent is £1100 per month without bills. Monthly bills are usually around £100-£150 pp.

About us: we’re a British and Australian duo, aged 27 and 33, both working full-time (around a 70:30 remote split) in HR and veterinary care. We enjoy going out to bars and restaurants, but equally love having cosy nights in.

We’re hoping to find someone who’d like to become part of the household, not just a housemate, so we’re ideally looking for a fun, clean, like-minded girl in her mid-to-late 20s or early 30s to join our friendly, tight-knit home.
