A double room available in the heart of Westminster from 1st Oct onwards. The flat has a spacious living and dining area with a table that seats six, and two large couches. A kitchen with an equipped fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave and washing machine. You’ll be sharing one of the bathrooms with another housemate, which is made up of a shower/bath. The apartment is in a secure street, with 24/7 concierge service and views of the Westminster Abbey. With most of London’s iconic attractions and parks within a couple of minutes walking distance.
Rent is £780 per month without bills. Monthly bills are usually around £100-£150 pp.
About us: we’re two Australian girls 27 & 30 who both work full time (70:30 remote working) in HR and Law ( see picture) . We like going out to bars and restaurants, but also enjoy hosting dinner parties and staying in binging Made in Chelsea. We’d like to be able to make friends with our new house mate, so looking for a fun, clean, similar aged (26-30y. o) girl to join our tight knit household.
