The flat is a spacious, two floor, fully furnished, 4 bedroom flat.
The kitchen comes with a new washing machine, new fridge, toaster, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, coffee machine, electric kettle and it opens to a small private terrace. There are 1.5 bathrooms—the full bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and there is a separate toilet down the hall.

Your new neighbourhood:
Closest tube is St. James’ Park (4 min walk), but Victoria station (express train to Gatwick Airport) and Westminster are also close by (10 min walk). During the week, our road is a street food market and all the food shops, post office, and 4 pubs are less than 5 mins away on foot. Belgravia, Battersea Park, Covent Garden and Chelsea are all a leisurely 30 mins away on foot.

The important bits:
Bills are on top (council tax, TV, Netflix, internet, water, gas, weekly cleaner, electricity) and paid as and when the bills arrive which works out to approx £120-150p/m per person.

The housemates:
Late 20s-mid 30s. Female creative professionals working in media, fitness and design. We all get on but we all have our own friendship circles, very different work schedules (so no waiting to use the bathrooms) and lead pretty busy social lives, so ideally we’re looking for someone on the same wavelength.
