Hi potential future flatmate!

We are Teresa and Philipp, and we’re currently looking for someone to join our flatshare 🏡. Our current flatmate is moving abroad next month, so we’re searching for someone new to take their place. The preferred move-in date would be around March 1st.

✨ Spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after work!

The Flat:

🏠 Big living room
🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, etc.)
🌿 Huge balcony for sunny days or morning coffees
🚿 Shared bathroom with just one other person (very tidy!)

Bills:

💡🌊💻 Around €100 per month for electricity, water, and internet

Location:

📍 Located in the heart of Westminster, just a 4-min walk to St. James’s Park Station or 10-min to Victoria Station 🚇
🛍️ Close to shops, cafes, and iconic London landmarks
🌳 Beautiful parks nearby for walks or weekend relaxation

Current Flatmates:

We’re a German/Portuguese flatshare 🇩🇪🇵🇹—a mix of fun, good humor, but also a calm and hardworking atmosphere 💼. We’re friendly and respectful of each other’s space, and looking for someone who fits well with that vibe.
