Hi! I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate for a spacious furnished double room in St James’s, right in the heart of central London. The flat is in an amazing location with great transport links and walking distance to Soho, Piccadilly, St James park, cafes, shops and some of London’s most iconic landmarks.

The location and room is ideal for other students or recent grads looking to stay somewhere central and calm. The flat is near transport links and very close to LSE, KCL, Westminster Uni, UCL and a is short ride from Imperial.

I’m a young professional in the tech sector and I really value a clean, tidy and respectful home with good communication. I’d love to find someone easygoing who’s considerate and happy to keep the flat feeling relaxed and welcoming.
