We're looking for an additional flatmate to join our current flatshare. We are a group of 3 lads, all working for 1-2 years in central London, looking for an easy-going, sociable guy to join us. We met moving to London and have varied interests, all easy to get along with. Ideally the person joining would also have a stable job, not be too messy, and be of a similar age - No students please.

The house is a great maisonette, with two floors. One main bathroom with a shower, an extra toilet downstairs and a decent kitchen. We have a great living room with a dining table, as well as good sofas and a TV. St Johns is a quiet area, with excellent transport links. We are 50 seconds from St Johns station, which is a 10 minute train to London Bridge Station. Walking distance to a big Tesco/Asda, as well as a gym. Tesco express 3 minute walk away for when you're feeling lazy.

The room comes part furnished with the bed and wardrobe included. The current tenant is also looking to sell some of the existing pieces of furniture they provided. The room itself is a huge master bedroom, with space for a big desk and plenty of other furniture, two big windows face onto St John's church and let in plenty of light.

We may also have an opportunity for two people looking to move together, please reach out if you have a mate you would like to move in with (second room will be available approx 6 days after this one).
