I'm leaving my current residence at St. Johns. It's an ensuite on the first floor facing the Brookmill Park. It's 5 mins walk to St. John's SouthEastern station and 10 mins walk to the Deptford Bridge DLR.

- Excellent transportation connectivity with 225 and 47 at your doorstep, 53 and 453 on one side and 36, 436 and 136 on the other, not mentioning the DLR and SouthEastern.
- Tesco, Asda and a myriad of corner shops are a short walk away. Tesco Superstore, Big Sainsbury and M&S are a short bus ride away
- 10 min walk to the charming Deptford high street with excellent Vietnamese restaurants and charming bars/pubs
- The Brookmill pub is just two doors down if you fancy a pint
- Surrounded by artsy Brockley, quaint Blackheath, bustling Lewisham and calm Greenwich. It's is excellent for exploring. There are quite a few cafes, gyms and other hotspots.

Room & Amenities

- L shaped ensuite gives you a lot of options. There's plenty of natural sunlight and the bed can be placed in different parts of the room.
- the shower is roomy and the water pressure is excellent
- The kitchen has three refrigerators and a dishwasher. Full gas range with oven and grill gives you plent of options.
- Utility room comes equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and two vacuum cleaners. There's a guest bathroom right next to it.
- There's a garden room with a TV and a garden attached to it
- Theres also another living room with a couch
