The Room

The room is available from 1st November, but can be available earlier upon agreement with the current tenant.

The Flat
We have a big kitchen with ample storage, large fridge/freezer and washing machine/drier. Separate bathroom with shower and bath. Living area with wood floor and dining room table and chairs, which leads off to the 3 bedrooms. Based on the ground floor of a lovely mansion block, which also comes with a friendly Porter and CCTV security. Gas central heating keeps us cosy in the winter. We also have very fast fibre-optic broadband. We are Council Tax Band F and in Westminster Council.

The Area (St. John's Wood / Maida Vale Zone 2)
Our end of Abbey Road is about a 5-minute walk to St. John's Wood tube station (Jubilee line) and 10 minutes to Maida Vale (Bakerloo). St. John's Wood itself is a very picturesque area, lots of history, beautiful houses and streets and the local High Street is 5-10 mins walk away with everything you will need day to day wise. We are also close to Baker Street and Finchley Road for more shops and supermarkets. We also have 3 cinemas within walking distance and more just a couple of tube stops away.

We are two quiet, friendly professionals, one English, one Swedish, with a variety of interests and this is our oasis from hectic London life.
