Single room in St Johns wood - females only

Hello there! We are looking for a roommate for a single bedroom in our flatshare for £780 pcm all charges included (no deposit required)
We are two law students: one is Brasilian, currently working full time and the other is French and going to start the LPC at BPP Law school.
We are ideally looking for another law student or a young professional to complete our flat share. The flat is located in St Johns Wood, 5 mins away from the tube station (jubilee line) and 20 min away from Baker Street.
There are three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a fully-equiped kitchen.
We are very friendly and get along really well. We like going for brunch together and discovering London but also enjoy a calm environment because we work quite a lot.
