The location is ideal with Baker Street station located only a 10 minute walk away, St. John's Wood High Street and tube station the same. Regent's Park is practically on your doorstep, a 2 minute walk away with Primrose Hill also within walking distance.
The apartment consists of a shared bathroom with shower, hallway storage and a shared kitchen + living room. There is also a well-sized balcony with a winding gazebo for those warm summer days!

The room to rent is a double room with a long line of fitted wardrobes and an integrated wardrobe. It comes fully furnished as you see in the photos with large double bed, mattress, working space with desk and chair and all the accessories. You also have a sliding lock for privacy should you not want to be disturbed.

In terms of ideal roommate/s, there is the highest standard of cleaning that needs to be kept. This is my family home of over 20+ years and need someone to respect that everything is kept in it’s place and consistent cleaning is to be performed. Require someone who’s disciplined, meticulous and likes to keep things in order but does not need to be told about cleanliness and keeping things tidy & in their place.
There are also no limitations to who it could be - anyone with any form of interests from any walk of life is welcome!

Previously, a family of 4 (including myself) lived here comfortably, the apartment itself is cosy and very welcoming. The high standard decor and finish everywhere makes it an attractive living prospect and with the roommate being the landlord, it's no hassle, no issues, no trouble!
