Other amenities includes washing machine, dish washer,, air fryer.
No pets or animal visitors, I'm sadly allergic 🤧 😭

Monthly rent = £1270 per month
Monthly bills = approx. £160 per month
Monthly total = £1430
Bills included: council tax (Westminster- band D) / water / gas / electric / wi-fi / fortnightly trusted cleaner / small household kitty for toilet roll & cleaning supplies.

First floor flat, no elevator. Doorbell is an app- great for remotely admitting deliveries!

5mins walk to the tube station, past at least 4 coffee shops on the way!
Tesco within 3mins

7mins walk to Regents Park or a 2min cycle!

2mins to St Johns Wood High Street. It's a fun mix of restaurants, cafes, charity shops, bakeries, deli's and the best chocolate shop. Several pubs within 5 mins as well.

Flat would suit a commuter working in town. (Westminster or Canary Wharf direct on the Jubilee Line), is clean and tidy, can respect that I like to chill in the evenings. But also gets the bonus of the flat to themselves as I work long hours, often in the evenings.

If you love cricket (Lord's 7mins walk) and don't have tonnes of stuff (the flat is pretty minimalist) then this is the room for you!

I'm a 39 year old queer woman who works in the creative industries / live entertainment- getting used to a full time job in London after having been a touring freelancer for 14 years.
