The available room is Bedroom 3 on the attached floor plan.

Flat is furnished, but the room (and flat) is huge so it has loads of space to personalise and add to!

Shared living room, dining room, piano, large internal garden for block residents, 1.5 bathrooms, large kitchen, utility room, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Walking, it’s 8 min to Edgware Road tube, 12 min to Paddington, 12 min to Warwick Avenue, 7 min to Maida Vale, etc. Surrounded by lovely areas for walking and shops, cafes, etc. Quiet and familial enough to wind down in but so close to everything you could want to do and see.

We have two indoor-only cats called Leo (5) and Mimsy (11). They’re both very affectionate and cuddly, and they’re both hypoallergenic (prior flatmates including myself have been allergic to cats and have never reacted to either of them!).

About the current flatmates:
Pomilia and Rob (& Georgie). Pomilia works in finance and enjoys reading, writing, baking, and dancing, while Rob works in advertising in central London and enjoys running and playing chess. Georgie will be living outside London while she studies this year, so although she remains a tenant and will continue to share a room with Rob, she’ll only be at the flat occasionally throughout the year. She’ll therefore generally be around as a guest when she visits, rather than being part of the day-to-day household. All of us generally enjoy cooking together, listening to / playing music, going on walks, exploring new places, fun nights out, and cosy nights in.

About you:
Working full time and preferably working in the office at least 3 days a week. Someone who is clean and tidy. Needs to be a cat lover (for your sake as much as the cats’/ours), and okay with the added carefulness that comes with that with respect to open doors and windows given they are indoor only cats (it’s not safe for them to be outdoors).

Where possible, previous landlord testimonial is much appreciated, but not required.
