Helloooo my lovely friend and I are looking for a new Flatmate in St. John’s Wood 🥂✨

The tenancy can start from 20 December (length flexible, can be 1 year), and rent is £1.3k pcm exc bills.

The flat is next to Regent’s Park, and walking distance to Baker Street/ Paddington/ Primrose Hill. Very desirable area with lovely bakeries, green space, restaurants.

We are both 24 - I’m a corporate lawyer and my friend is a civil servant (doesn’t sound very fun but I promise we are!!)

We are looking for someone friendly and clean, preferably 22 and up 🌼
