Double room in social house; great area

Hey i'm Hari, my housemate has abandoned me to go live with his girlfriend so looking for a third to make the house whole again.

The area is by far the best thing about living here. We have Regents Park literally on our door step and Primrose Hill about a 10 minute walk away. The closest station is St Johns wood (10 min walk - Jubilee) with Camden Town also within walking distance.

I work as a sports trader and my housemate is a solicitor. We're quite a social flat so looking for someone who will join us for the occasional beer or two. Having said that we're not a party house and do like to keep things clean and tidy.

The room itself comes furnished with a small double bed and a wardrobe, there is space for a desk set up though it's a bit of a squeeze.
