En-suite flat share in St John’s Wood

I have a viewing for a two bed property in St John’s Wood on Monday. It is through Guardians (their website and insta explain more) but they offer properties at below market rate (this would be £1,000 each pm plus bills which is really good for that area) and believe it works by rolling contract with you or the landlord having to give 60 days notice.

This is the video I have of the flat - it is two bed and two bathrooms and believe it is around a 15 min walk from St John’s Wood tube station.

Appreciate this the viewing is only a few days an away and I think they would be looking for a move in date in the next couple of weeks if secured. My thoughts are to go along to the viewing and see what it is like. It is also not furnished (I believe there are white goods), I already have desk, bed and drawers so might be a case of getting sofa and other bits off marketplace.
