Double room available in a recently renovated flat in a dead end in St John's Wood.

8 minutes’ walk to St John’s Wood Tube Station and close to Maida Vale Tube and Marylebone Station. The 139 and 189 bus routes stop outside and there are plenty of nice shops, pubs and cafes within walking distance. The flat is in a Victorian Mansion block on a quiet & leafy residential close, with Lord's cricket ground at the end of the road. The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom and the cost includes all bills. and cleaner twice a month. Sharing with 2 others (3 total).

Additional Costs:
£330 per year for bills.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’d love to find a clean, respectful, and friendly flatmate who shares our values of maintaining a tidy and peaceful home. Ideally, someone with a similar work schedule (Monday to Friday 8 am - 6 pm) to help with noise balance, but we’re flexible! No couples, smokers or pets, please.

Marc (me):
I’m Marc, born and raised in Paris, though I’ve been in the UK for several years now. I studied at Warwick and work in fintech in the City. I’m in the office 4-5 days a week and on weekends I enjoy cooking (French-Chinese fusion is my specialty!), going for walks, gym, and hanging out with friends. I’m a social, positive person who values a good mix of “me time” and flatmate bonding—whether that’s sharing a meal or catching up over a drink.

I am easy-going and enjoy a good laugh, but we’re equally respectful of personal space and quiet time.
