Hi! We are 3 girls looking to move out of our flat and need a group of 3 to do a lease takeover. The flat is super cute and well located we just are looking to live on our own now.

The flat is 3 beds, 1 bath, 1 kitchen and living room that are separate.
The price is £3250 per month total (£1083 per bedroom) excluding bills (but divided by 3 doesn't come out to more than 30 per person per month)

We are looking for a group to takeover ASAP.

The flat is ten minute walk to the St. John’s wood station and the high street, a block from Abbey road. It's also 15 minutes from Marylebone and has the 139 bus right outside. The area is super safe and quiet, it's very lovely!
