About the flat:
    •    £1,258 per month (bills not included usually £149)
    •    Fully furnished double bedroom (mattress, wardrobe, and drawers)
    •    Bright living room, balcony, kitchen and shared bathroom
    •    Amazing location (Jubilee and Bakerloo line)
    •    Quiet area and building - need to respect other neighbours.
    •    9am to 5pm building concierge
    •    Move-in date: December or January (secured place, you’ll be added to the contract) Deposit is £1491

About you:
    •    Female, aged 24–30
    •    No pets
    •    Smoking friendly
    •    Not a full time remote worker (ideally someone out and about during the day)
    •    Organised, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces (your bedroom is your zone!)
    •    This isn’t a party flat but do love to hang with flat mate for wine and hangout times
    •    Needs to be happy to chip in for household essentials (cleaning products, toilet roll, etc.)
