Housemate needed for 2 bed flat in St. John's Wood

My name is Vin. I am currently looking for someone to replace my current flatmate in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in St. John's Wood. The flat is about a 7 minute walk from St. Johns Wood station, and 10 minutes Maida Vale station.

The flat has a large living room, kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. You will have your own bathroom with a bath tub, and the room will be furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The flat also has its own dedicated parking so it works well for those who have a car, and a very nice swimming pool that is temperature controlled year-round.

You will be sharing with me, a working professional (I work in Finance) in my mid 20s. I am looking for tidy, respectful and social people around my age. Both students and working professionals are welcome to enquire. Bills including council tax are not included.
