The room is available to move into on immediately. The room comes complete with a double bed, large in built wardrobe, desk, chair ,bedside table, lamp and shelf. The room is for single occupancy only. References required.

The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook a nice meal or sit and have a cup of coffee on the breakfast bar with seating for 2. The kitchen has a washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.

BATHROOM
The apartment has 1 full bathroom complete with a bath with shower hose, basin and mirror. There's also a separate W/C with a toilet.

The apartment is located in a block of flats on the 2nd floor of the building. There's stairs and also a lift.
