• Great location - 10 mins walk from St Johns Wood Station (Jubilee and Bakerloo line), 7 mins from Marylebone Station, 10 mins from Warwick Avenue Station. 10 min walk to St. Johns Wood High Street

• Quiet area with little noise pollution
• Move-in date: available from Jan 1st (secured place, you’ll be added to the contract) Deposit is £1442

About you:
• Female, aged 26–35
• No pets
• Smoking friendly
• Not a full time remote worker (ideally someone out and about during the day)
• Organised, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Enjoys nice dinners, movie nights, wine and hangout times and activities
• Needs to be happy to chip in for household essentials (cleaning products, toilet roll, etc.)

Who you would be living with:
Jhena (30) - works in marketing and loves pilates, reading, a cheeky drink at the pub, eating healthy, reality tv and just having a genuine good time
