Room in Clean, Well-lit flat in St.John's Wood

1 room available in a very nice flat on the 3rd floor of a (very) quiet building about a 5 minute walk from Regents Park. The flat is well lit with windows all around and so gets excellent lighting. This is a very quiet location given it's centrality.

Currently moving out of my flat that I have been living in since July of 2025, this is a 12-month lease until July 2026. Ideally you can take over my portion of the lease until July 2026.

Large living room with TV and 2 couches.

The existing roommates are finishing their Master's at UCL. Ideally we are looking for a UCL or other London Uni student who is 21+ years of age, males only.

One roommate is from the US, the other is from Dubai, but has lived extensively in the US. Both are quiet and respectful, and ideally are looking for someone who is the same. We like to play video games in the living room and watch movies together. The kitchen is quite small, but is well organized.
