The apartment is in a great location to many transport options and parks! 10 minute walk to St John’s Wood Station on the Jubilee Line or a 12 minute walk to Warwick Avenue (Maida Vale) on the Bakerloo Line. There is also two regular buses at the end of the street. Little Venice and Regents Park are also in close proximity (15 minute walk) so a great location if you want to explore the parks!
Rent is £1083 a month with bills not included. The room is technically unfurnished as we had to purchase from previous tenants but will be available to buy cheaply if wanting to as I will need to sell before moving back home.
