Bedroom in beautiful flat in St John's Wood

We have a bedroom available in our spacious 3-bedroom flat in St John's Wood. Our current flatmate is moving out at the end of January and the room is available from the 1st of February. The tenancy agreement expires at the end of August 2026 and it is not yet clear whether we will renew.

The room comes unfurnished but includes a built-in wardrobe and the bed and mattress can be bought for a small fee from the current tenant. It is the largest room in the flat and has a lovely big window that doesn't face the street so it's quiet.

All bedrooms and the living room have wooden floors, there are two shared bathrooms (one shower, one bath), and a community garden. The building has a porter and is only a few minutes from Abbey Road and St John's Wood High Street.

We are a 5-10min walk away from St John's Wood Station with access to the Jubilee line, a 10min walk from Maida Vale Station with the Bakerloo Line, and a 20min walk to Paddington. There are buses into Central London right outside the door and it takes about 20-25min.

Rent is 1200£ per month and includes heating. Additional bills are around 120£ per month and include council tax, broadband, water, energy and we also have a cleaning lady that comes bi-weekly (20£ per visit).
