Description
Hello! I have a double bedroom available ASAP in St John's Wood as sadly my previous flatmate Lydia moved out to live with her boyfriend.
About the flat: This large 2 bed flat is on the top floor of a really safe, quiet building in a fantastic area. The Jubilee and Bakerloo lines are close by and there are plenty of buses too. The room is a large double with tonnes of storage, comes with a desk and is fully furnished.
Rent is £1050pcm (this is slightly more than the other bedroom, as you would have the bigger room) and bills are approximately £120 per month including internet, electricity, gas, water and council tax.
My name's Emma, I'm 28 and work as a consultant (not a big one, so l have normal working hours!) - I work from home 2-3 days a week and am always up for an activity in the evening! Very easily persuaded to open a bottle of wine or head to the pub!
I would love to find a flatmate who would be up for doing some joint cooking, and who wants to live as friends, not just flatmates. My new years resolution is to learn to do a full Sunday roast, so if you're up for taste testing roast chicken we'll get along!
I quite often go kayaking which means you'd have the flat to yourself a few evenings a week and over weekends if I'm away on a trip. Im learning to watercolour and enjoy crafty activities, as well as reading (mostly fantasy books!). I'm clean and tidy, respectful of personal space but also love a good gossip and to watch TV shows together 😊
