The flat is ideally located near Edgware Road, Little Venice, Warwick Avenue and St John’s Wood, with Regent’s Park just around the corner. Notting Hill and Oxford Street are around a 30-minute walk, and there are excellent transport links nearby. There’s gyms and supermarkets very close by.

I’m 32, originally from New Zealand, and work full-time in a genetics lab (I don’t work from home). Outside of work I enjoy sewing, running, yoga, going to cafés, and the theatre. I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing.
I’d love to live with someone who’s happy to occasionally chat, watch a series, or hang out, but who also appreciates their own space and downtime.
