Room in St Johns Wood for Female Entrepreneurs!!

This is Nic,

We are a group of Female founders living in an amazing flat with Regent's Park on our doorstep in St John's Wood.

We are building a home for female entrepreneurs (think hacker house for women), and we are looking to fill one of our rooms for the right candidate.

We wanted to build a beautiful space where we can grow and learn together.

Our project is called Project Motherboard, and we plan to host monthly events for female entrepreneurs, dinners, talks, and female hackathons, co-work sessions, etc., all to the benefit of us helping each other and using each other's network for personal and business growth.

The women in the house are currently building health businesses in health tech, energy, AI safety and music.

We have one beautiful double room to rent out - see pictures (blue room)

The flat has a NYC feeling and is very spacious, it has 3 bathrooms with showers and baths and one small toilet (4 toilets in total).

We are looking for females 21 - 40 y.

Logistics:

- Available from 15 May (potentially earlier from the 1th)
- either 2 months short-let or if you fit the project until the rest of the year
- Rent: 1325 + 100 bills (council tax, gas, water, wifi, electricity)

Great location:

- 10 min walk to Baker street, (20 min walk to Selfridges Oxford street)
- 10 min walk to St Johns wood Tube
