A bright, fully furnished double room with good natural light. It features a built-in wardrobe and a double Ikea Ottoman bed with under-bed storage for luggage and belongings. I'm happy to provide a drawer or desk for your room as well.

Location:
Around 10-12 minutes walk from both St John's Wood station (Jubilee line) and Maida Vale station (Bakerloo line) two tube lines giving you easy access across London. Well served by local buses too 13, 46, 113, 139, 187, 189, and N113. Nearby: St John's Wood High Street, Regent's Park, and Primrose Hill, London Business School .

Rent:
£1,300/month total - covering all bills (council tax band D Utilities, WiFi).

About me:
I'm originally from Berlin and have been living in London for the past 13 years. I'm a working professional, so weekday evenings are usually quiet, but I'm easy going and enjoy social weekends. I'm looking for someone similarly relaxed, tidy, and genuinely interested in sharing a nice flat. I've flatshared throughout my time in London and just bought my first place.
