Bedroom in St Johns Wood large flat + outside area

Hi everyone, I'm sad to be leaving, but I am moving out to move in with my partner and will need someone to take over my room.

The flat is very big and very modern, with a huge outside area that gets lots of sun all day. The bedroom has a small double bed with lots of closet space & TV, and also gets lots of sun! You would share the bathroom with one other flatmate. The kitchen has a washer/dryer combo, dishwashing machine, and everything else you will need in a kitchen. The build also has a full time porter to collect packages etc.. My flatmates are two MBA students at London Business School, both are very friendly and are in and out of the house depending on class schedule.

Move-in can be on the 5th of May, but the lease ends on July 23rd, so I am looking for someone to carry the lease through. Rent for May (depending on when you move in), June, and July must be paid in full before move-in. Thank you!
