The flat has 2.5 bathrooms - there is a separate shower room and toilet to be shared by you and one other flatmate, which we find works really conveniently. There is a large living area with dining table, a kitchen with dishwasher, a comfy sofa that is also a sofa bed for the occasional guest, and a good size tv. We have a great cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
The location is perfect. It's a pretty residential street on the corner of the famous Abbey Road. There are a couple of lovely local pubs, a great Italian deli and 24 hour convenience stores right by our flat. Boundary Road, a street filled with great local restaurants, dry cleaners, beauty salons etc, runs parallel to our road. St John's Wood is a wonderful area, close to central London with beautiful parks such as Primrose Hill and Regents Park, a great high street for shopping, and its extremely safe due to private security in the area. We are also easy walking distance from Kilburn High Road and Finchley Road for major supermarkets and chain shops. We are just over 10 minutes walk from St John's Wood station (Jubilee line), under 10 mins from South Hampstead overground station (7 mins by train to Euston), and 15 mins walk from Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line). There are two 24 hour buses into Central London that stop right outside the house, and many more bus routes stop a short walk away. It's very easy to get into central London, and London Business School is close by.
