A gorgeous spacious room with its own bathroom

Hi Everyone I am an MSc Fashion, Design & Luxury Management student 2013-2015 at Grenoble Graduate School of Business (London).

I have a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom in St. Johns Wood (20 min bus ride away from Baker Street Station with bus stop right outside front door, 5 min walk from St Johns Wood Station and 10 min walk from Maidavale Station).

I am looking for a professional or graduate student, female flatmate starting 16th Sept for a year. The rent is 1008/month per person + bills (electricity, gas, tv, broadband and phone etc.) + half of deposit and agency fee.

The room can also be shared by 2 people and the rent would be 504/month per person plus bills. I have a female friend who is willing to share the room with another female.
