Double room available in a nice 2-bedroom flat

We are looking for a flatmate (female/male) or couple to stay in our 2-bedroom flat in St John's Wood. Please introduce yourself in a few sentence when you make contact. Ideally you would be able to move in at the end of October.

The Flat:
- Large dining and living room with 40-inch screen TV
- Separate kitchen (with all necessary utilities available)

Location:
- 3 min walk to St Johns Wood station (25 min to Canary Wharf, 5 min Baker Street, 8 min Bond Street)
- Tesco, Starbucks and St Johns Wood High Street 3 min walking distance away
- Regents Park nearby, nice for picnic & jogging during summer

Bills (to be split by room)
- Hot water and central heating free of charge
- Council Tax NOT included
- Cleaner (40£ every two weeks)
