We are looking for someone who would fit in with the other three housemates who are all sociable young professionals in their 20’s.

There are many double-glazed windows throughout which flood the entire property with an abundance of light. The large separate kitchen is fitted with all basic appliances, including a washer/dryer and the living room has a large L-shaped sofa, flat screen television and glossy-white coffee table.

There is a shared bathroom with a powerful shower over the bath and an additional W/C downstairs.

All bills included (electricity, gas, council tax, wireless broadband, TV license). Deposit is one month’s rent.

Other benefits include the restaurants/cafes/shops of Boundary Road right on the door step, two tube lines both within a ten minute walk (Bakerloo and Jubilee), overground train within a five minute walk, day and night buses going to various locations, St. Johns Wood high street close by and also Regents Park.

Off-street parking can be separately rented or you can easily apply for a zone CA-K residents permit.
