I am offering a low rental for a good sized single room in St Johns Wood in exchange for 3 evenings per week of babysitting for my 6 years old daughter, typically when she needs to be put to bed (6 and 7 pm). This Position would suit a professional or a mature student.
You will be sharing a flat with myself and daughter.
Ideally, I am looking for a friendly female who loves children and has had some experience around children.
you will be sharing the facilities including kitchen, bathroom, toilet and washing machine.
there is free Wi-Fi in the flat.
The room has a confortable single bed, fitted wardrobe and a small fridge.
the flat has a strict non smoking policy. ( you can smoke outside)
Abbey Road is very centrally located, 10 min from Baker st. 20 min from Oxford Circus and close to all amenities (coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc.)
