We are looking for someone to join our household of 4 in a large 4 bedroom apartment as one of our flatmates is sadly moving out. The flat is just 2 minutes from St Johns train station and 10 mins from Elverson Road/Deptford DLR station.
The room is on the top floor with lots of natural daylight. It comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, drawers and also extra storage space on the upstairs landing.
The flat itself is huge spread across 2 floors. There is a good sized kitchen and a very spacious living room which is great for watching TV and socialising.
There is also a private gated carpark for residents in the back.
We like to keep the place tidy and would like someone who would treat the place as their home.
You'll be sharing with 3 other easy-going working professionals in the Tech and Consulting industry. We are all into various sports (Padel, Football and Volleyball to name a few) and also like to hang out together.
The rent is £785.
Bills come to around £100 p/m including Council Tax (Band C).
Move in date is 6th Dec.
