My beautiful and cosy flat is on the fifth floor with a lift in a red-brick Council Estate building, built after the War. It has a real wooden parquet flooring and traditional Victorian tiles in the bathroom and the kitchen. The flat is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is five-minute walk from St Pancras station but far from the hustle and bustle of traffic. The windows overlook St Pancras Old Church with beautiful gardens through which you can walk towards Regent canal and Granary Square.

The price of 1000 GBP per month includes all bills.

1 toilet/ bath/ shower shared with 2 people: a 25-year-old female scientist (biologist) and a 23-year-old male student of Art at Chelsea school of art
