Small single room friendly household in Camden

Small single room available in Camden and King's Cross area. Fully furnished + kitchen + lounge. And access to additional sole use of double wardrobe in utility area.
Looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy person.
No-nonsense, friendly, quiet, non-party house. Sharing with a lesbian couple in 40's and another person early 20's. Plus 3 senior pets; 1 dog and 2 in-door cats (one is blind).
We all do the cleaning and occasional pet sitting is highly desired and most welcomed on the odd occasion.
Vegan and vegetarian home. Non-smoking.
Rent is £400pcm. Including all bills and Wi-Fi.
We don't really do guests sleeping over. This is a live-in landlord (this is my home)/ lodger set-up. Especially not with C-19 to protect eachother. You have to be okay with that. It's not for everyone.
We work in hospitality, community sector and academia combined.
Happy to arrange a viewing if you can take a lateral flow test 24hrs before coming and wear a mask. We'll do the same. Best days Tuesday or Wednesday. I can't do weekends as I work weekends.
