Spacious Double Room- 5 mins from St. Pancras

Hello!

We have a spacious double room (double bed, dresser, lots of storage space, two study tables) up for rent. The house is 5 min walk to St. Pancras station, and in a very safe community off the main road.

We are looking for a social, clean and London-based new flatmate to join our house. We are close friends, do lots of things together outside the house, and would like our new housemate to fit in.

Our kitchen opens up into a lovely little yard with a table where we often have dinner during the summer. We share a bathroom and a shower, both of which are separate but have their own basins.

Bills come up to about another 120/month which includes council tax, electricity, wifi, and water.
