Happy to get a cleaner once a month which we could split together . Non mandatory.
Holding deposit will be required to secure room once accepted, which will offset against the one month deposit.
1/2 months rent provided upfront on day of moving in .
This is my family house. I live with my child Basic DBS may be required.
