I’m looking for someone who is tidy. As I have recently had the house refurbished .. Don’t mind if they smoke but they will have to use the garden or go outside . I’m friendly outgoing and don’t mind the company .

Tv is included. White leather king size bed as well . Wardrobe Wi-Fi , Desk, chair .

Happy to get a cleaner once a month which we could split together . Non mandatory.

Holding deposit will be required to secure room once accepted, which will offset against the one month deposit.
1/2 months rent provided upfront on day of moving in .

This is my family house . The house is set across two levels .

Room will be available from 1st August
