Hi, I’m a female working professional looking for a flatmate to share a 2B2B modern flat near Kings Cross. I’m hygienic, friendly, and respectful of others’ boundaries.
Location: 2-min walk from St. Pancras / Kings Cross Train station, 5-min walk from tube stations. Nearby: British Library, Francis Crick Institute, Coal Drops Yard. 10-min walk to large Waitrose, 3-min walk to M&S
Room: one double bedroom in 2B2B with built-in wardrobe, one independent bathroom with bathtub. Fully furnished. Modern new build with concierge and balcony.
Rent: £1,650 per month. Bills excluded. The price can be negotiated potentially.
Move-in date: 10th October, can be earlier upon request
Length of tenancy: 6-month contract, with potential of extension
Current tenant: 32-year-old professional female working in tech industry. Hygienic, responsible, easy to communicate and friendly. Do not smoke. Rarely drinks alcohol.
The other current tenant needs to move out before the contract end date due to personal reasons. Therefore, we need to find a new tenant to swap the contract.
